What is MWM?
Hi! My name is Melissa. I am a teacher, coach and consultant with a background in yoga and high intensity interval training. It is my belief that physical and spiritual practices, do not have to be mutually exclusive. It is my goal to combine strength training with yoga and spiritual training in order to create stability and mobility and to build new physical pathways in the body and the mind.
