CONSULTATION
Whether it is in the yoga studio, at the gym, or in a corporate setting, my goal is to share my knowledge
through trainings and instruction. I feel confident that I can provide fresh perspectives and build new pathways
for students, athletes, and instructors of all experience levels to help you reach you physical, mental and spiritual goals.
I train Strength and Conditioning Coaches and Personal Trainers looking to incorporate stretching, mobility or various aspects of yoga into their athlete's conditioning programs and in a way that supports their training and desired outcomes. We focus not only on the physical tools, but breathing techniques and the focus and mindfulness practices that can support and enhance an athlete's overall performance as a part of a holistic and comprehensive training program.

PROGRAMS
I will work with corporate wellness directors in developing and leading wellness programs within their organization. For fitness facilities, yoga studios, I will work with your organization to create and bring yoga programs, 200 and 300 Hour Teacher Trainings to your organization or build a program that meets the needs of your organization.
