ABOUT MWM

My programs and coaching combine all the movements that I love; powerlifting, yoga, metabolic conditioning and many other fitness modalities with a focus on health as WHOLENESS. 

Whole body, mind and spirit health-which includes attending to our

emotions, our physical body, nutrition and more. 

 

The sweat, the physical practice, and the leadership trainings are all powerful tools

that I love sharing through teaching yoga classes, leading trainings

and developing programs for my individual clients

as well as veterans, first responders and students & teachers.

With all that is going on in the world right now, I felt inspired to launch my own platform and I am excited to work with you in one-on-one or group trainings to create pathways for you

and help you fulfill your physical, mental and overall health goals.

- Tier 3 Baptiste Certified Influencer

- 500 Hour E-RYT

- Continued Education Provider through Yoga Alliance

- Certified in Mindful Yoga for Veterans with PTSD

- Certified Barre & Spin instructor

- Training to be NSCA Strength & Conditioning Specialist
