Hi! My Name is Melissa

I am a teacher, coach and trainer, who believes that yoga is a way of LIVING and living starts in the physical body.

 

Physical and spiritual practices, do not have to be mutually exclusive and my goal is to combine strength training with yoga and spiritual training in order to create stability and mobility and to build new physical pathways in the body and the mind.
